When an order is placed, your order will typically ship out the next business day (does not include weekends or holidays), however this is not guaranteed. All shipping rates are predetermined via your selected shipping service from the checkout page. Spring Mountain Apparel does not set shipping rates. If you have issues with a lost or missing item from the shipping service, you must contact that company to initiate a claim.
